The fact that makes us special is that all dates we supply are produced in the most known date farms that are accurately supervised and followed up since the early stages of watering their palm trees. All our dates are organic as we do not use any fertilizers or pesticides that effect the quality of our products. Our company is also well supervised by experts in different fields including: irrigation, picking, storing and packaging.
Our factory has been officially registered and certified by the:
- National Center for Palm and Dates (NCPD)
- Saudi Dates Mark (SDM) to conform that all our products meet the required standards in food safety

High Quality Dates
We assure the quality of our products according to the standards mentioned earlier. Products' certifications will also be provided upon request.

Our factory is committed to adopting international standards in providing different types of dates in accordance with the requirements of each country.

Approved Orders
Once an order has been sent, the client will not have the right to replace his order unless the mentioned standards are not met.

Payment
In order of guaranteeing both clients' and campany's rights, Payments will be processed by transferring the amount to our company's bank account in SAR or USD. Fifty percent of the total amount has to be transfered once the order has been approved. The other fifty percent should be paid before the goods leaving Saudi Arabia.

Cancellation Policy
The client has the right to cancel his order and request a refund before the order has been confirmed.

Refund
In the unlikely event of our products not meeting the mentioned specifications, the customer has the full right of demanding a refund or exchanging his order, provided that we bear the shipping fees.
